when you come to the homepage, click on your name where it says "Hi (ur name!" Then your profile should come up. THere should be a box to the left that has your name over it. The box should have this information in it.

You have a free, basic account. Why not upgrade to a premium account? (thats what mine says, you might already have premium)
Change your account settings.
click on change your account settings. Click on the YouTube publishing tab. Under step 1 its should say

Select the Youtube account type.

make sure you click the YouTube circle.
Under step 2, fill in your youtube username and password.
Optional: Test credentials.
Then, save your information. Then go to one of your videos. Scroll down until you see the YouTube logo. It should also say
Publish your movie
Publish to YouTube!
click on that. It should say uploading...please wait. If it says it didn't work, try it again. If it worked, go to your account on youtube, and it should say uploading, processing please wait. In a few minutes it should work.
