Anyone Give me an idea of how to send payment to Sasha? Ive got his details just dont know what todo?

Talk directly to your bank mate, they can advise on the procedure and any charges that will be involved. It differs from bank to bank.

Go in to the bank and go to the Bureau Exchange and tell them you want to transfer money to sri lanka and they will get you to fill out a transfer of funds application..

And thats it

I think you need his IBAN and SWIFTBIC or something, my bank gave me a form to fill in.

I did mine on the phone took five minutes.:) All I needed was the name and address of the bank, the guys name and address, bank acc number and swift code.

I had to go into my bank and do the transfer in there, wouldn't let me do it online

Go into the bank

ask to to a Telegraphic Transfer/International Transfer

they will need his details i.e

Account Name, Number, Iban, Address, banks Address, etc

There is a charge of £24 (yorkshire bank) other banks will vary.

Thats it.

Roughly takes 4/5 working days.

the excnahge rate gets settled a on the 2nd day, whatever the rate will be.
