RS*R panhard rod adjustment. Urgent help!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone please tell me how to adjust this rod. I cant seem to do it right.

Is the RSR rod adjustable at both ends?

I'm sure it would be the same theory as the Whiteline item (measuring wheel clearances)...

The bushes has splitted and making lots of unwanted noise!

maybe match them up to bushes from another vehicle, or.. get some made out of nylon, anyone with a laythe could do this although they would be very firm but no reason why it wont work
