hey people,
i am going to buy some new rims soon that are 15 by 8 and putting a 195 tyre on it, would this fit in the arches ok and what offset should i select, they offer = Offsets Available: et00 & et25>32

Seem a touch on the wide side, dude.
Might look good, but you'll suffer tramlining and also your stability above 70-80mph will be greatly compromised.

i have heard people have done it to starlets but needed to know the offset i should coose

It's hard to say, I've gone for et-15 on my MX5. I reckon you could get et25 on a gt but you'll need to roll the arches at least. What size wheels offset do you have now?

if i am honest i have no idea, how would i find out.
why would i have to roll the arches if i am only goin wider. do you mean the outer arch (quater panel).

Take a wheel off and have a very good look, they are usually stamped on there what size and offset they are.
If you are going wider you will have less space in the wheel arch, and depending on offset you may need to roll the arch to stop any scrubbing.
