converting automatic into a manual!!!!!

hey guys, wel im new and im thinking of buying this sweet glanza-v turbo 98 but the only thing is that its a automatic and i waned a manual, is it smart to convert it ore wil it bring alot of problems for me????

ive heard its a full days work off someone who knows what their doing but its more the probs that you need a donar car! coz of all the stuff ya need! i'd love know a true cost .
