remove drive shaft cups out of gearbox ?

How the hell do you get the driveshaft cupa out of the gearbox ? Hammered the crap out of them and no joy at all ?...

2 small crow bars works for me

Using a heavy hammer and prybar or stick hit the 'tabs on the side of the cup to knock them out with ease.

It gives them a bit of help to take them out of the hubs first as well.
