3 fuses missing

ive the bottom left 3 fuses missing, "ECU-B", "DEF-I/UP" and "IGN".

car starts and runs, is it normal for these fuses to be missing, due to aftermarket parts?

pics not showing on my work PC but if its the fuses under the steering wheel they are not needed if you take a closer look at the empty slots there will not be any connectors for the fuses.
