Engine noise from bottom near crank pulley

How doo guys. Could anyone listen to my engine from the YouTube link and tell me if they think it's serious or just a noise from it not running regularly for the past 2 years ( probably been started 5 times in 2 1/2 years)

I remember the engine always being a little tappy, probably the normal noise but it does seem to be noisier than I remember. I think the noise is coming from the bottom pulley area, my first thought was the water pump but I'm not so sure now. The noise seems to only be on tick over.

Any thoughts would be great

Could be an exhaust leak around the manifold/turbo or injector,

Sounds like a rod knock on my PC.
Pull out one spark plug wire out at a time while the car is idling and hear if the knock gets softer.
You will obviously hear misfire while doing this.
