What is the difference between fitting a rear lower strut brace and a panhard bar?

Am I right in saying they would both do the same thing and get fitting in the same place
But perhaps the adjustable panhard is better? :-\

Panhard rod to help wheel alignment and stability and strut just for stability?
Can I have both or only 1?

Pretty lost please shed some light

Panhard rod is to 're align the rear when you lower the car. If it's only a 30-40mm drop you often won't Need one, however the bushes can go on the standard one so that can be a good excuse to swap out for an adjustable one.

The brace just holds the chassis tight to reduce body flex. This keeps the alignment of the car true and increases the handling ability. Though it's only really going to be noticeable on a track as you can rarely push hard enough in the road.
