Hi Jay,
I want to replace my power steering belt, I have loosened the bolt on the top bracket, I also loosened the tensioner but the pump will not move up or down.I also removed the bolts securing the pipes to the inner wing to allow for movement.I must have missed something else I need to loosen. Can you tell me what needs to be loosened so I can push it downwards and replace the belt.Your help is much appreciated, cheers,Eoin.

Morning buddy,

There's a 14mm bolt holding the pump to the engine, a 12mm bolt holding it to the lower bracket then a threaded bar (also 12mm) that adjusts the tension on the belt. Once both bolts are loosened and the bar has been wound out a bit you should have enough play in the belt to remove it.

Hope that helps,

Jay
