Well decided to have a go at fitting my oil filter adaptor plate and temp & pressure sensors so thought I would post some pics up in case anyone was looking to do the same.
What temp and pressure should I be seeing, the car is standard apart from a dumpvalve. Just done an oil change with magnatec?

Due to the thickness of the adapter I needed to grind away some of the power steering pump bracket:
Gives you a rough idea of how much needs to be removed.
With the pump refitted I added the sensors, if you do this remember to use some ptfe tape as I had to remove 1 sensor and one bung afterwards as they leaked.
Finally all the wires ran and connected up and the gauges fitted:
