How did you smooth the line's out????
just sand them down then prime then paint then laquer:haha:

the lines are there to help dissipate heat by channeling air across it
if you ever see a lawnmower engine with the fins on the head its to dissipate heat faster or heat sink on a cpu
now in fairness the ones on the head are pretty small so im not sure if it will make much of a difference
but they are there and i would say for a reason

it will make hardly any difference the only time you would not remove fins from something like this would be on something that is air cooled ie, a air cooled bike or aircooled vw.check out franza1's members garage he has done it on his and i believe he has had no issues with it as yet

no the butter was used as a filler base to fill in and smooth lol i cant see somone sanding down the lines till flush would take for ever

i did this myself mate no filler used at all and yes i was making toast lol
you are seeing things if you can still see line dude as they dont exist ive got another lying around somewhere ill do it again and write up a tutorial for you if youd like:teach:if you look closely you can still see the lines
