Wastegate crack pics

This crack is'nt severe enough to cause my boost problems is it?


which are when trying to boost from love revs 2nd gear and above the struggles loads, and the sort of spits and stutters dumping boost pressure whilst spitting...






if its not this could it be my manifold which has more cracks than i thought, but again i dont think it could cause what i have.

Yeah that's quite big, you won't loose boost but it will reduce turbo response and you will get more lag as everytime the w/gate closes it won't be 100% sealed therefore some of the response will be compromised..

thanks toby, well perhaps its a combination of that and the cracks in my manifold then which seem to be appearing from everywhere now.

i'll see how it runs tonight and then put another housing on there and see how it goes.
