4E-FTE Valve clearance with the engine cold are:

Intake 0.17mm - 0.23mm
Exhaust 0.27mm - 0.33mm

if they are not respected , what kind of problem can we get Texx ?
a friend of mine told me that this can cause a high temp in the engine

A valve clearance that's too tight will cause a loss of compression and likely result in a burnt out valve or valve seat.
A valve clearance that is excessively loose could eventually cause wear to the corresponding cam lobe.

A loose valve clearance is better than a valve clearance that's too tight.

an about a high temp ? is there a relation?

With an insufficient clearance there'll be an increase in temperature at the valve seat caused by the combustion leak, the hot spots caused will eventually burn the valve and/or valve seat away. Worst case scenario, some of the valve head will fuse to it's seat and break away from the rest of the valve. Not a pretty sight once the piston has smashed it around the cylinder a few times.
