Turbo oilfeed leaking (again) :(

Hi guys yesterday before i took the car out of the garage i noticed that there was a little bit of oil under it , when i checked it looked like its coming from the flange side where the turbo oilfeed connect to the turbo. Now i already had a problem with one and got another one from killamats which lasted a good 5 months now but yesterday it started again. The old one was broken from the pipe but not sure about this one i have to take it off yet, but as i am driving on the standard aygo wheels at the moment last night i hit a bit the silencer on a bump and after that it seemed to be dripping a bit more faster . The decat is braced so it shouldnt be the problem . Any one have any suggestions as this thing is pissing me off now appart of throwing my expensive oil out im worried that it will start leaking faster and end up without oil in the engine and damage it!

try cutting it and having a hydraulic co attach some male conectors to the feed and banjo, then use a braided hose with female ends. will flex all day now.

mine is alot neater than this now with a new banjo fitment but it will give u an idea

Hey dude just get a braided hose
made up with two female
connections on either end then
get an m14 adaptor to go into the
block no need for a banjo its a
waste of space. Then get an male
adaptor welded to the plate on
the turbo side and just screw the
pipe on either end. I got this done
last week great job I'll put up pics
when I get home.

dont need to weld it at all if you go to a hydraulic co. they will use a 300psi crimp.

since the above pic, i binned the old banjo but i used an new m14 banjo on a square 90 degree angle block and they also tapped the angle block with a 1/8th bsp and added another braided line to have the oil pressure sender off the same feed but the braided hose allowed me to mount the sender in the front bumper away from the turbo etc.

took the company 20 mins to make while i waited at the desk. real simple, no welding needed.

What did they crimp it to? Was it
the old oilfeed pipe which you can
still break of at the plate. You dont
need a banjo there no need for it
just plug the pipe straight into the
block its less hassle and a neater
job.

Edit: This is what I did I drilled and tapped out the plate then put a connector in then put a solder weld in place to make it extra strong. Got a 700 psi pipe made with two female connetors on either end and binned the banjo..
