Yes.

CT9a = GT Turbo
CT9b = Glanza.

CT9b has 9 blades on the exhaust impellor rather than 8 of the 'a'. It produces a little more low down torque at the sacrifice of a little top end bhp. It was fitted to the Glanza to compensate for its fatter arse (GT = 860kg's, Glanza = 920kgs).

And they produce a slight different exhaust note too.
