Car wont start

After leavin my car lying up for 1 whole day and night. I went to start it earlyer today, The car wouldnt start but the starter was ticking over, i pushed the accelator in and out and the car started but a lot of smoke came out the exhaust this has happend before!! But a while back. What is it?? Can anyone give me any ideas??

tried replacing plugs leads, rotor, and disi cap?

My suspicion is something to do with the cambelt, tensioner etc.

Maybe the temp sender is faulty,when it goes cold it over fuels.Check the basics fisrt,the plugs and leads,see if your getting a spark.Is there an EML on!?
