How to fit and set up a Sard RRFPR

Sorry for the Noob question but im only just getting used to the starlet engine and where things are so can anyone tell me how to fit and set up my RRFPR please?

Ideally you want to get your car on a wideband or a rolling road, to set up the fuel pressure.

Anyway where did you get your FPR from?
