Looks pretty complete from where I sit Jeremy... I think I've read something
about having to find a way of defeating the automatic transmition's switch
which allows you to be able to start the car in only "P" or "N" and you might
also have to figure out a way to have the new manual tranny set up not
allow you to strat the car in gear, unless the clutch is depressed...?

But, parts-wise, I think you got all ya need!

What about the sensors that are on the brake and clutch pedals. Are those necessary for anything? If so, where would they plug into if I'm auto now? Especially the sensor on the clutch pedal.

Especially the sensor on the clutch pedal.

Not sure about the one on the break peddle (probably for the brake light???)
but, the one on the clutch peddle would, more then likely, be the one which
prevents the car from being started with the car in gear (and without the
clutch peddle being depressed...) I'm sure that one could be easily worked
around either by shorting out the wires or opening the wires up... or perhaps
you could tie it into the curcuit which, for your automatic trans, prevents the
auto trans car from starting with the car in gear as well???

anyone?

Looks like you might be missing a hard pipe for the clutch system, that goes along the firewall.
A gaitor and knob for the gearstick, and center console section.
Does the auto not have a bottom part of its radiator for cooling the box oil? Dont you need a new rad and bottom hose?
You can link out the neutral start switch easily at the ecu, is there not another plug on the top of the auto box that needs some linking out also?

why do u have a brake master cylinder there???? its not needed as far as i know........

how about flywheel bolts??--are they taped down in the flywheel??

u might want to look at chaing that throw out bearing --looks a bit rusty......and gease the shaft while u there.....as well as behind the fork area (stop unnecessary squeeking)

they are some clips, and pieces which hold the gear cables to the gear console.....u have those??

You'll need to bypass the neutral start control which is on the same plug as the reversing lights. Just join the two thick wires together. The ATF cooling section of the radiator can just be left unconnected, so a new rad is not needed. I also dont think you need the brake master, just the pedal.
