breaking 1995 GT, Rare parts, shell on page 3

Well, my GT decided to go bang on friday night, so i have debating to strip her, cause i dont have the money to repair her right now. Will only put up prices i want for the major parts at this point in time, but the whole car will be available, if i get enough interest on the expensive parts.

The car is a N reg 1995 GT turbo in black with 100,000 kms on the clock. Car was imported for me by John at fylde imports, and i have owned the car since september 2008. However, it sat in my garage for over 2 months while i carried out modifications. The car sailed through her MOT, with only a CV boot needing replacing.
The engine is moderate spec, but i spend more money on making the car handle well, rather than go stupidly fast in a straight line.

Item Condition:good condition, not sure when LSD was fitted, but no crunching etc.

For sale:Ep82 recaro interior, with different recaro drivers seat.

Item Condition:very good condition, apart from a 1/2 inch tear on drivers seat bolster. Door cards not included as they are pretty knackered. can have for free if wanted.

Drivers seat is a reclining recaro, holds you in alot more than the standard seats/normal recaro drivers seat. has holes for a harness. rear bench is never used, as only I usually drive the car alone, very good condition. Passenger seat is very good condition also, and reclines perfectly. as above, door cards are rather sorry for themselves, but i will include at buyers request.

As above, the rest of the car will be available, if i get enough interest. The engine just needs new big end bearings, but still runs. The car is in perfect condition, so all the bodywork needs to go aswell. Like i said, it saddens me to do this, but dont have the money to repair her at the moment. If anybody would like to buy the whole car, please PM me.

biglad, not really sure how the bottom end went, just the bearings. started knocking on friday night after i drove home. really confused and gutted to how it happened. all the engine needs is a crank regrind and some new bearings. not alot else.

I know exactly how you feel, had the same thing, just occured on the dual carriage way, i just replaced my engine, Good luck with sale
