Air Filter Relocation Kit Made

I decided to relocate my filter to the front and so went about buying some bits. 45-51mm elbow for fitting to turbo, then a 51mm pipe joiner and then a 51-60mm elbow to attach to a nice and cheap universal filter:)

This is what the bits looked like before fitting

You do have to trim the bit that goes onto the turbo just so its not too long and fouls the oil filter etc.

When fitted it looks like this

And from the front

Didnt cost too much either. It does make the car quite loud though:p
Also I have got no boost creep at all. I do have a wepr seperated decat and wondered if that might help to avoid creep.

How have u supported the air filter? Mine rests on the front mount core! Looks pretty good tho. Is that £50 including the filter?

All off ebay. Theres plenty of silicone suppliers on there. Just search for 45-51mm elbow and loads shold come up. I basically got everything from one place.

Looks good mate!

I've just put my tiny filter on the side of the blower, with a couple of cold air feeds!
