Stalls and loses power when press accelerator

My Idl from my pcm when I test with a multimeter outputs 4v.is this okay?
My Toyota starlet is Ep 82
And my car also has rough idle and it is blowing at the exhaust manifold.
Whenever I press the accelerator pedal when driving it stalls or jerks and loses power.
How can I solve this problem?

Hi mate, there's quite a few possibilities unfortunately. Could be a vacuum leak or a sensor on the way out.

Have you checked for fault codes yet?

Hi Jay
I haven't checked the fault codes.unfortunately I don't have an obd1 scanner.can I check for codes manually? how can I do that?
I also test throttle sensor when I step on accelerator pedal at 2/3 it Jumps to 4v and back down to zero when I release the pedal.is this okay?

Is it possible to bypass the O2 sensor for my starlet?
If not how can I remove it from exhaust manifold and wire the O2 sensor to the electrical circuit

O2 sensor wouldn't be overly noticeable on a 4EFTE, TPS would be more likely.

Setup is here:

The images have gone but hopefully you can understand from the description
When I measure the voltages on my TPS connector my PSW is 5V,My ground is 0Vand my IDL pin is 4v.i know my PSW and ground voltages are okay but I am not sure about my IDL voltage(4v) is it okay?
From research I read it is supposed to be closed to zero
