should be easy enough, easier than the ep85 into gt anyway.
why would it be any easyer mate ?
bodywork wise. the gt bodykit is harder to fit on a non turbo starlet than sorting just side skirts on an ep95. then you just need the front end, rear bumper and rear spoiler(centre number plate garnish too)

the ae86 rear axle does look very similar but will the lsd fit,
AE86 rear diff doesn't fit directly. Halfshafts have a different diameter spline, pigs head is slightly different as well. but it can be made to work.
From my experience with ae86 rear ends it looks to me like the rear end is the same as a ae86 SR or base grade so lsd wouldn't fit but perhaps if you get a ae86 gt rear end (early model zenki) and cut off mounts and reweld starlet ones, that may be a solution, if you can confirm the stock rear final drive i could tell you if there is a ae86 ring and pinion you could get to match, the problem with this is the ae86 is 4x114.3 spacing, I will have to take a closer look at my rearend,

it should handle immense but have the power and take off to kill subarus all day long
infact i doubt theyd be much on the road that would stand a chance against a 4wd 300 + bhp starlet
if it was built right and everything i am imagining right now lol it would whoop apsolutely everything lol i imagine it wud take a scooby or evo with insane bhp to ava chance against it lol

in the march meet weejohn raced an fq320 evo with the larger 360 turbo fitted. it got off the line quicker, weejohn caught it up but just missed out.
A guy who lives local'ish' called staven who forged and fitted my friend adam stowe's engine is running a custom garrett gt30 and is around the 400bhp in his EP95. I do not think he is on this site though. Fastest starlet i've ever been in. I wil ask adam more deatails about stevens car as it's been ages and I can't remember details about the car. Think Trevor and Peter Smyth know him too.

If you would like Pictures of the internals of the EP95 gearbox and transfer box send me a pm with you e-mail address. You will destroy synchro rings etc in the box before you break anything to do with the 4wd. Do not listen to rubbish about 200-250hp being the limit.
