    Dyno result success

You are of course quite correct, however if you look at the scales on either side of the page you will note that they are different. 0-220bhp against 0 - 180 lbft. If they were scaled the same, the figures would have crossed at 5252 as they should. From what I know about the Dastek it...

    My RR Result

Unfortunately Danes car wouldn't take another few degrees, not without spitting its dummy out. I spent a bit of time with Dane asking exactly what he wanted from it, and reliability was paramount, with this is mind I have left it quite rich at the top end. With a reduction in charge temps and...

    My RR Result

Dane all you had to do was ask m8, should have thought really, forum goers do like to know the ins and outs of a ducks ass..lol.. I did try it leaner in the spool stages but it just seemed to kill power, likes to be rich in the middle yours.

    great results from mapping

Sorry guys but you are all missing the point, there is far more involved with getting the numbers than the mapper. The quality of the supporting mods and the engine build are just as important as the quality of the tune.

I want more response..but a bit more power would be nice too!

Sorry guys , been away from the forums for a while and I have only just found this thread.... Gee have you considered trying to raise the octane content of your fuel , saving yourself some money and gaining power and torque to boot... Not a new thing I know but we have recently introduced...

    Engine Tuner - Opinions Please

Is that so , I think you should get your facts straight before pointing the finger , and remember that WE read forums too... We were asked to carry out an engine swap on the Focus nothing more , and everything went back on exactly as it came off after having the conversion carried out by Puma...

if i wanted my engine to rev to 9k...

Very interesting little article in Japanese Performance a couple of months back that may be relevant here... Basic gist of it was that torque is very influenced by gearing , and that torque can always be altered with the correct ratios.... As Steve has a more track oriented car in mind I can...

    Who's got the most power...?

The example dyno graph if you look in the top right hand corner says that it is for a Corvette Z06 , it is also in WHP not flywheel figures... There are plenty of dyno graphs of all sorts on our website in the dyno section.... www.enginetuner.co.uk
