I'm about 15 mile to work and same back depending on what road I take I enjoy the back roads some times so does go up to 20 mile lol And time wise depends on if I leave 5 min earlier in the morning (7:50) I miss the school buses and the tractors lol

Ep82 1991 I fitted new turbo and manifold but theres two pipes on the actuator where as the old one just had one I've just connected the one and it's boosting fine but what's the other pipe for ? Also the induction pipe sits against the oil filter there no room I've got the induction kit...

Right I've got all but one how do you get into the lower left exhaust manifold bolt ? I left it out as I was in a hurry and FFs there's no way into the the fker lol :confused:

Im due binning the thing and buyin another one lol also trying to convince the misses to let me fit a td04 turbo but I need to fix a few things first lol I will try and get the inlet pipe off tomorrow and get a look and keep you posted on what it is If I can I will upload a video of the noise...

Anyone know rough price to buy td04 turbo and what mods need to be done to fit Just investigating this as considering it but will need to run it past the misses (bank manager) lol Second hand td04 Manifold if needed What other mods need to be done inter cooler pipe , oil pipes etc ? Cheers

My guess would be mani or idle controll valve

Ahh that explains all lol I was re checking the mot manual for a reason why lol lol

Sounds like a woodpecker when the turbo is spooling I checked for play and shaft movement before I fitted and it's was fine also it was fine for about 25 min then started this noise I've got a manifold bolt missing but dunno if it could be from that And also the induction pipe is not sealed...
