Picked my car up earlier today, on the drive home i was only boosting 0.7 bar and the max knock reading was 42. I dont get it my engine seems to be fine. My tuner said it could be picking up background noise rather than engine det. or maybe its worth changing the knock sensor ?

Can you check for det on the hand commander ? if so how, please explain further.

Just got off the phone with my tuner. He said knock level peaked to around 30ish and i shouldnt be worried ?. He has taken as much timing out of the map as he can, reducing more timing is not reducing the knock reading. Im slight confused. Going to pick my car up today hopefully so will see what...

:) fellow power fc owners, I dont think i removed the standard map sensor either, just plugged in the apexi one. what is your normal knock reading on the hand commander when you have gone for a blast around the town. And what is a safe knock reading.

Anyone done a spline count on there cv joints glanza with abs 98 spec model. I just dont fancy taking the joints off twice :( There seems to be 2 types 23 outer and 23 inner or 23 outer and 30 inner. Which one is for ABS models and to confuse things more 8mm or 11mm ABS Ring.

Any one know the part number for the NGK heat range 7 plugs for the glanza.Thanks in advance

Ordered the Toyo TR1s from camskills today £109.18 not a bad price for the 185 55 R15s. The lad at camskills said they are starting to phase the Toyo TR1s out but they have plenty in stock at moment.

I would rather have all 4 tyres the same size comfort wise, im going to change to the 195 50 R15s next time when i change all 4 corners.

Your GT looks smart craig, sure it was on pistonheads a few week ago that hks fcon set up sounds familiar. If i was after a GT i would have definetly snapped that one up plus it was miles away for me to buy lol hope your enjoying it seemed a well set up car when i seen it advertised.
