i think i would put back the gearbox on the car..change out the fuel filter spark plugs.. and plug leads. then check the harness for broken wire.. then work from there...

i was running 15psi before no problem.. but i am only running 6psi with the new engine.. i would try change out the fuel filter and spark plugs . and ignition wire.. first then check the rotor in the distributor.. and work my way from there...
