:drive: Well as far as I'm aware off, heat wrapping helps with keeping the heat within the wrapped item and helps hot air/ gasses flow better. So in turn should help with reducing lagg. Hence why I have heat wrapped the hot side and put heat reflective tape round the cold side off the pipe...

Best thing to do is find a decent accountant and speak to them about it, I recently set up my own company and they did all the paperwork for me and explained how everything works regarding my company, cost me 240 pound to set up.

Well.. All the sensors are fine, the vac line that runs to the map sensor had a huge split in it. So changed that adjusted the idle slightly and she's running beaut now lol, so thanks for the advice guys!! If it wernt for you lot would still be scratching my head!!

Right ignition timing is spot on now. Throttle position sensor had different plug so couldn't try that gonna get a different on to try on Tuesday. Is the map sensor the one on the front off the inlet mani?

Since rebuilding my engine, it won't run properly, idles fine, however above 2000rpm it splutters and has no power if you put your foot down, it just pops and bangs..... The engine timing marks are spot on, I've checked this several times now, bottom pulley is lined up to 0 and cam pulley is...
