the engine turns because i have a wire coming straight to the battery off the starter. The ignition isnt cranking the car only lights on.

Its not the fuel! read what i said the pump stops for some reason. sher if the fuel was bad it wouldnt go atal. it idles for about 20 secs then cuts out fuel stops coming. even when i open the pipe at the filter and turn it over no fuel comes tru after it has cut out yet i took the pump out and...

Tell me something lads. what way did yer fuel pump fuck up? would the car just not start at all or would it start and cut out after 10 secs or that?

I took mine out today and tested it. easy do lad. put da negative to the housing and positive to the big black wire. dont keep it running for more than a few secs as you could burn it out. The fuel keeps the motor init cool when its in the tank

Would the fuel sitting up actualy make that much of a dfference? Like it starts and cuts out the same way every time. its like it gets a pre pump and then stops pumping yano? Its been sitting up a while il try that anyway sound lad!

I got a loan of an ecu its not that. the car starts then cuts out after few secs or if you try to rev. its like the fuel pump stops working . anyone any ideas?

Obviously didnt use plastic primer whoever painted it. Plastic primer is important on plastic paint will just come off!
