your actually more likley to melt your pistons from running lean than over fuelling, although you've ruled piston damage out i thought it was worth knowing.

both rear brake calipers for an ep82, mine are knackered and i dont want to pay the earth for new ones.

Yes! i don't know about malta but its definatley normal here in the UK, its just condensation and there are numerous threads about it on here. my ep82 and my cousins old glanza always do/ did it!
