RX7 flange - that might be looking into so thanks a lot for that =) just taken off the stock recirculating valve and noticed that removing it leaves a hole, i'm assuming that this is where the additional air feeds back into the inlet. Is it just a case of blanking this off with a plastic plug...

aha! thanks bud, starting to make progress now! I wasnt sure if the difference in pipe might make it dump slightly slower as the pressure wouldnt build as quickly (prob thinking about this too much - eg: I guess 3psi is still 3psi no matter how big the vessel!) so if I have a fiddle about then...
