    I am pretty sure that the TPS does not have a wiper? Not that this info will help a lot :p But from your symptoms it could be a number of things. "car shake when hard acceleration" That bothers me.

    So if it is a stand alone then just tune it :) I will cry if my cold engine starts of with 2500rpm :D I have heard of the name but there is no such ECU here where I live. Can you connect your ECU to a laptop? I had a quick google and I see a black hand held device they use on it :/

    If you can not find a sensor then you can ask for someone to measure the resistance of the sensor on a colt engine and then you can just use the resistor in the place of the sensor for a test. Also did you try to use quick start/extra fuel in the intake? Edit, use a 3000ohm resistor

    Sounds like you have EP82 harness. What ECU? EP91?

    You are getting somewhere now. The one wire plug is for the temperature gauge. The two wire plug is for the ECU temperature reading for cold start.

    What is a power FC? Is it programmable? If so then have a look what the cold start parameters looks like? Maybe its adding a bunch of timing?     I do not think it is a fuel pressure problem. When you turn the ignition on the the fuel pump will pressurize the fuel system. You might have a faulty water temp sensor or faulty throttle body waxstat. The "fuel rail valve" is not there for what you are thinking it is. It is to regulate pressure...
