I am also using the acis manifold but the problem i'm have is that when underboost the pressure shuts it again (there meant to be under vaccumm) to the around my problem i'm using a wastegate actuator instead :) i hope this helps.

i'm not totaly sure but i think the trick is to use the running gear out of the 4wd tercel sedan .?

If they are the standard 1's there grey top .... the best upgrade i've found without going to far are the Mazda GTX blacktop injectors, straight swap.

It's not that hard and it gives ya a heap of turbo setup room. Some people chop and change mounts but i just use a couple of L brackets from the underside of the bumper and a fan mounting kit.
