I've read the guide etc on the 96 spec. The 98 is different. Now, there's 2 HEX screws that can be undone. But, they dont come all the way out once there loose spin and spin easily and freely. I Presume this is to stop them being lost as they hold the airbag. Once there both undone, a tug...
