Fun Fact, most starlets on the planet have rust to some degree, Very Few locations are suitable, australia being the perfect location to keep a starlet aliveAfter seeing more than a few I'd be removing as much bad metal as I could and replacing the whole panel.
You'd be wanting to do it once and doing it right rather than just patching bad metal every year lol.
I was lucky enough to grab a full side cut from Jay in very good condition for mine and I have a new sill from a small Ford for the passenger side, unless I can track that other side cut downWhat do most lads do replace the full sill are just patch up the rust spots?
Thanks for looking, that's a bugger about the rear panel, but never mind.No joy on the rear panel Duncan, seems I didn't cut this last one low enough.
Glanza shell has sold so I have to put the grinder away lol.

I don't mind cleaning, as long as it's not damaged. This one is about the cleanest I got but it'll need a bit of elbow grease to bring it up to standard.
