all depends on your engines condition, how often you use the car, what feuling setup you use shit probly even what grade of feul you use. its all variables theirs an advisable safe limit and a personal one dependent on the car itself at that current moment in time. thats my 2 cents

This is kinda what im tryna work out in a thread i just started but more about the turbos than the engine. The TD05 has been used on the 4efte plenty of times that im aware of so if thats what your planning on going for it shouldnt be a problem to the best of my knowledge.
