Have you checked the rad fan relay?

Or you could have bridged out the air con sensor plug on the right hand side with a bit of wire, and it works as normal then....

well as your other thread says your rad fan aint coming on..... ....and now the temp gauge ain't working, I highly suspect its the coolant temperature sensor..... Both need it in order to work, so change it mate. Som.

That's one of the main ones I used for reference, so good find there. But, there is another namely in Japanese with all the measurments, by the looks of your link, they have copied the measurements from the jap guide! Use that link and you'll have no problems with the actuator setting...

There used to be a guide to fitting a HKS actuator, with the measurments from the actuator body to the centre of the pin. I cant seem to find it but there is a direct relation from actuator arm length (in MM) to boost. I'm sure someone will still have the guide. I measured the one i fitted...

try to get the remainder out of the box and super glue it, its only plastic.
