ST orange starlet just outside ringwood not sure on area very well had some sort of sticker bombing too.

I have to undo the two dizzy bolts and tilt it all the way back to get it to eventually start then when it does move it all the way back too the front too get revs too come down on idle then when it's hot starts fine :/ any ideas? Has greddy emanage blue ecu just been rebuilt I'm puzzled.
