The Official EMU Tuning & prob thread! Launch control success thanks to fur!

Congrats to all who have been engaging and participating in this thread. I saw the post originally over at WheelsJamaica.com, but of course, we have no really 'good' e-Manage people around in our Starlet board. Very happy to see the thread expand and so many ideas coming into play (as well as...

    running TD04L without waterlines

I'm running my TD04-L with boost pressures between .7 and .9 BAR since August 2006 with no waterlines. No problems so far. I practice a cool-down driving approaching when arriving at my destination, so I don't spend much time leaving the turbo timer on...

    Emanage Blue

I don't think the e-Manage blue gets rid of speed cut, not 100% sure on that one. You won't need the FCD once you have the pressure sensor and harness. If you don't there's a boost clamp feature that can restrict the voltage on the MAP sensor -- would act just like the FCD unit.

    Emanage Blue

The unit should come with the main harness. So the others for a good total tune are: - Injector Harness - Ignition Harness - GReddy 3 BAR Pressure Sensor* - Pressure Sensor Harness* *Optional, but the 3 BAR MAP sensor and the pressure sensor harness are needed to tune the car based on load, as...
