Had the same prob with mine, if they aint been off before they are little buggers :) just gentle put a flat blade screwdriver in between the rocker and head and gently twist, try and work around all 4 corners to pull it up as even as you can.
Mosst prob the idle control valve, the little plastic jobby thats bolted to the sid of the inlet manifold, unplug it when engine is running and see if the noise stops, mine makes the same noise, they all do it, hope this helps, cheers :)

Im going to be fitting my new blitz dsbc spec s soon and was just wondering where everyone usually fits the solinoid, control unit etc, pipe and wire routes etc... also where is the most popular place to take the live from for the wiring? pics would be a great great help too, thanks :)
