    is 12.0 too much, too risky. Mine is set at 12.0 throughout the rev from 4500rpm. it goes like hell.

    intercooler pressure testing?

    block the outlet with rags tightly, then put a nozzle at the end of a compressor hose then spray mist water mixed with dishsoap on the dents. if there's bubbles, thre's a leak. I done it that way with my OEM top mount intercooler, it was leaking. My way maybe not your..but it costs nothing to try..

    Taking logic out the above graphic, the turbo's optimal playground is 1.65/1.8bar. Do you know the BSFC calculation? it helped me a lot to calculate the desired hp figure with my injector size.     I thinks its closer to .5mm/.6mm. I dont think 9.2:1/9.4:1 will be too much. will it be? I will use the highest octane available at the pump (which is 94 here) I also think its better higher than lower the compression ratio. it will be closer to my former plan (5e-fhte with 5e-fhe pistons)...

    yes in 10 increments, i rounded the numbers but every 140's one was around 142-143psi and the 150's were spot on 150. it pulls good enough for 12psi of boost. no smoke at all, even at full throttle. The rear bumper is a bit black but its all right. I was planning a rebuilt but the money is...
