I am trying to change the crank seal and want to know how the hell you remove the crank sprocket/pulley? I mean the small inner one that the cambelt runs off. It has a notch above it and i cant see a way to remove it???

I put my engine and gearbox back in yesterday after a forged rebuild and went to start the car but the fuel pump is making no noise ( walboro 244 ) and not priming but i do have spark. Any ideas guys? Also is it possible to run a + to the fuel pump with a toggle switch cutting out the ecu etc...
