    5zigen exhaust gaskets

Personally I would use exhaust paste, it works well and seals the system perfectly, just as long as the joint doesn't twist.

    New Clutch????

Hello First off, do you use your car on a daily basis? If you do I would personally look at the Excedy Organic setup, it will happily handle the power and will be a lot friendlier for day to day use. The Excedy clutch kits come complete with everything you need, however you will require a...

    boost problem

He would know about it if he was hitting fuel cut ;) The standard TMIC should be fine at that boost, it will suffer heat soak but it shouldn't be enough to cause the car to lean out. What plugs are you running?

    smoking question!

Hello Is the smoke definitely white yes? as that narrows the search. Is the smoke more apparent when you come on boost? In that case it's quite possible that the turbo oil seal has perished. To confirm this, remove the intake pipe and check for lateral play in the shaft. Also check for oil...

    Autobahn S/S Manifolds

Personally I think it's madness that you have to go through all that with a NEW manifold, skimming, bracing & cutting away the turbo and then there is still no gurantee it won't crack!? no matter how cheap I just can't personally understand it! Andrew

    ep 91 clutch

Hello, I would recommend the Exedy Organic Clutch Kit, it is rated to 250 lb/ft of torque and will easily be able to handle your current bhp, also leaving you some room to increase the power if need be. It is also very drivable and doesn't feel much heavier than the standard clutch setup...

    Black Smoke

Hello, I'd be inclined to agree with the previous comments, but to confirm is the black smoke when you accelerate? If so that'll be un-burnt fuel and would suggest it’s overfueling. When you say it used to have an FPR, did you replace it with the stock item? But as Hybrid's said, you...

    CrankShaft Seals

Hello, As other people have stated there are front and rear crankshaft oil seals, it's not uncommon for the seals to seep a small amount of oil. If you want any help send us across your chassis number and we'll be able to supply you with correct part numbers :) Thanks Andrew
