just want peoples opinions on reliability to boost ratio. a few threads say 1 bar on td04 is reliable. other threads say 1.2. then theres driver n blair who run over 1.2 for long periods. so with the right map will 1.2 be reliable or is it best running a bar till i forge. don't fancy running 1.2...

good for fuellin a td04 at 1.1/ 1.2? found some fairly cheap and wondered if they'd fuel or will 330s be better? some pople said standard. some people said 550s incase i upgrade size ofturbo. i want the injectors for td04. if i uprgrade i'll run bigger else idle etc would be horrible i believe...

installed it today. didn't wire in the 2 fcd wires as i'm running emb. all seemed ok. switched off and turbo timer function didn't keep engine running. but kept lights on the dash illuminated till it had counted down. swapped the ignition wires over and same again. any ideas?

unbolt mai, downpipe, oil n water lines n pull whole assembly out. fit new assembly together n drop it in? or one part at a time like mani, then turbo, then downpipe. any view would be ace. cheers

the size of nuts adn bolts needed for a full td04 conversion. mani to turbo - 3 nuts 3 bolts turbo to decat - 2 bolts 5 nuts as it has 3 studs already in. mani to external w/g - 2 bolts 2 nuts cheers

gettin my head round compressor maps. do i find out this figure which i worked out as 22lb/min or 320cfm. that goes on one axis. other axis is psi i wanna run plus 14.7 divided by 14.7 to give me the figure i follow. see if its in the efficeient isalnd and thats it or waht? anyone explain...

affect rollin roads. My clutch is slippin badly. Popped it on rollers n didn't hold boost. Reached desired boost then tailed off rapidly so no good power. Is my clutch the source or is it boost controller. Ideas? Cheers

jack there cars up with kits n lowered. Mines got toms kit all round n is 2inc of floor. Can i jack off rear axle n hopefully front will lift enough to jack. Tried drivin on bricks etc. Just wondered how other people do it. Cheers

super high pitched whistle from air filter. just fitted fmic and thought it was a leak. re clipped all pipes n put some new silicone joins in some parts aswell. no boost loss but a high pitched whistle. sounds like danes at that track day. is it normal...
