Dumbest thing i've ever read/logic i've ever seen.

I thing we're talking about two different things here. I have no issue with using reasonable force in defence if the need be, but i wouldn't condone the lynch mob on here who think the intruder should be killed. My point was; would you feel happy killing someone who just needed food?

What if it was some 15 year old homeless kid who needed food? Would it be justifiable to kill him? Do you think before you act?

I have a better question: What would you do if you woke up, after a heavy nights drinking, next to a homosexual tree called 'Woody WOO WOO'?

It's hilarious how many people think they should be justified in killing someone for breaking and entering.

Regardless of the apparent risk; if the beating this guy gave to the intruder was both unprovoked and excessive then he could very well be charged with battery.
