Just going back to this, bleeding the clutch hasn't made any difference, but some searching the site suggested that rotating the 'sugar cube' bush between the shift levers might help, because as it is at the moment I've loads of horizontal play. Hoping that might do the trick.

You'll need to bypass the neutral start control which is on the same plug as the reversing lights. Just join the two thick wires together. The ATF cooling section of the radiator can just be left unconnected, so a new rad is not needed. I also dont think you need the brake master, just the pedal.

Well, my clutch has approx 20 miles on it so I can rule that out :D

Yeah the problem I think is getting something with the right bend. I have a piece of straight pipe, but it bows upward a bit and the fluid isn't getting down to the pump. At least I think thats whats wrong!

I'm just getting my Sera back on the road after 4E-ing it. All going good except the power steering is dead. The wheel is turning and I've tried bleeding it by lock-to-lock a few times but nada. I took off the banjo bolt and turned the wheel by hand a couple of times and fluid didnt really surge...
