it is adjustable but when i adjust it it dosnt alter any boost.

Yeah it's all off.I've got a electronic boost controller and I thought it was that but I took it off and connected the pipe from turbo to actuator and still was the same,the only way it boosts well is when I take the vaccum pipe off all together
