I have a td04 on a zisco ct9 manifold with adaptor plate to suite td04 turbo as a result I can't get a filter on it because the oil filter is in the way, so I had mesh on the turbo an a tin bit of a sock to stop dirt getting in there an its like that sinse the engine was rebuilt last year...

any 1 have problems with ross pistons had new rings fitted to my pistons that were only a year old because car was burning oil, it has improved abit but still burning abit of oil, exhaust valve guides and seals were done and the bores honed aswell, who`s using ross pistons with no trouble...

ok i think its the powersteering belt that squeaks when im gearing down every time and only when the heater blowers are on, got it tightend a few weeks back as every time i started it, it squeaks,, so does belt need replacing?? thanks

i have oil on the frame of the car by the crank pully an around that area is my oil seal gone on the oil pump? as oil level keeps dropping below the oil mark on the dipstick every time i top it up.. between 30 or 40 km !! is this enough for the oil to leak this much or is my engine burning oil?

went to tighten my magnetic sump plug this evening and it sheared of leaving the magnetic sump plug in, i managed to get the threaded bit out, but the magnetic piece is in the sump and i can see it but cant get it out as it is stuck to the sump... is it safe to leave there?? or will i have to...
