iv been given a 19 row mocal oil cooler and want to fit to my td04 gt just wondered if that will be to big, i cn get a sandwich plate wiv thermostat in it to control cooling to the oil cooler

iv recently noticed my gt is puttin out abit of oily smoke. When im drivin about givin it sum stick the water temp sits just below half way which i believe is right but when drivin steady it drops to just above the bottom of the gauge,would this be a thermostat problem?

Is it a big job fitting a civic rad of pretty straightforward?
