does anybody know if the ep82 non turbo water pump runs off timing bely or power steering belt? and where to get one ,resonably priced?

as a above , my ep82 starlet soliel,has being lying up for a year and when i started it there was coolant leaking from the lower timing belt cover any ideas of what is causing this leak
